In FMS-SG we welcome all applications regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic and social origin, religion/world view, disability, age and sexual orientation or identity.
We have a very diverse workforce and want everyone to feel welcomed, accepted, respected and supported at all times. Talent lives everywhere: in all cultures, countries, races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, disabilities, beliefs, generations, backgrounds and experiences. We expect our managers to build inclusive teams of people with different skills, styles, and approaches to support the value conserving reduction of the portfolios of FMS Wertmanagement AöR and the DEPFA Group. We believe in employee empowerment but also that everyone deserves constructive feedback to help them thrive, to achieve their career goals and succeed.
Our goal is to build a diverse and inclusive working environment and building such environment is a continual process. Changes do not happen overnight but we are committed to meeting our goal and have designed a range of measures that will support this process. We are open to learning as a company. Every policy, practice or guideline we put in place drives us to meet our goal. We aim at creating a speak-up culture where we invite employees to speak up and we sit and listen. Our employees’ feedback is very important to us.
To emphasize our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion of its employees FMS-SG has signed the Diversity Charta in August 2021. The aim of the Charta initiative is to promote the recognition, appreciation and inclusion of diversity in the world of work. Since 2006 Diversity Charta has more than 3,100 companies and institutions. It is the largest network for diversity and it is a lively platform for topics surrounding diversity.
